Julia works as a face to face and online psychologist. Within her treatments she uses techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and mindfulness, in which the themes of connection, autonomy and resilience are central. During the treatment, she will work with you to gain insight into your pitfalls and will encourage you to see and use your own strengths more. Julia believes it is important to listen without prejudice so that a trusted and safe treatment relationship is created.
Julia studied Clinical Developmental Psychology at the VU in Amsterdam. She graduated from the Genderpoli of the Amsterdam UMC. She provides treatment in Dutch and English.
