Kitman finds it important to help you get insight in the factors that play a roll in the problems that you are experiencing. Furthermore, she will help you explore your strengths and the values that are most relevant to you. She will motivate you to have a more resilient, faithful and joyful attitude towards life. Kitman uses techniques from CBT, ACT and Positive Psychology. Additionally, she is interested in working holistically. She speaks Dutch and English.
Kitman received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from the VU University Amsterdam. After graduating, she worked at the Dutch centre of expertise in suicide prevention.
