Myrna works as a psychologist at iPractice. In the treatment she finds it important that you feel safe, so that what you are struggling with can be discussed. Myrna also values good cooperation, leaving you in control as much as possible. During the treatment, she will search with you for values that are important to you and for the factors that influence your complaints.
You can go to Myrna if you are struggling with a negative self-image, symptoms of anxiety, depression or sleeping problems. She will mainly use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She gives the treatment in Dutch.
Myrna studied clinical psychology at the University of Amsterdam. She has mainly worked at an outpatient clinic for anxiety and mood problems.
