Would you like to make an appointment with Yara?

Yara Wurtz is a Healthcare Psychologist at iPractice. She studied Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Amsterdam. She gained practical knowledge in rehabilitation care working on Neuropsychological Treatment and Diagnostics for patients with non-congenital brain injuries. She also specialised as a Healthcare Psychologist. During her time working in rehabilitation care, she witnessed the resilience that people are capable of after suffering a setback and how they themselves are often surprised by their own resilience. She will help you to recognise your own resilience and to build upon it. Supportive online talks will help you to build a bridge to connect your therapy to your daily life. This will allow you to restore your mental balance more quickly which will make you feel good and give you the ability to move on in life.

You can contact Yara for help with all kinds of psychological problems including anxiety, depression and trauma-related issues. She also has a lot of experience of the connection between physical afflictions and psychological problems. Yara’s treatments include scientifically supported methods such as CBT, ACT and EMDR. She offers treatment in both Dutch and English.
