Anne is a psychologist at iPractice. In therapy she likes to work in an active and person-oriented manner. Her way of working is open, transparent and warm. She always tries to look at the person and not only to the mental heath issue(s). By doing so she tries to offer perspective. An important starting point is learning how to influence someones life in order to make space for the things in life that are really valuable.

In specialist mental health care, Anne has gained experience in treating a variety of psychological issues such as anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD and somatic complaints. In therapy she uses CBT, ACT and EMDR, among others. She speaks both Dutch and English.

Anne studied clinical and health psychology at the University of Utrecht. After her education she took several courses to broaden her knowledge.
