Lydia is Healthcare Psychologist at iPractice. She gets fascinated by how thoughts, feelings and behaviour influences each other. Being aware can be liberating and helps people change a pattern.

She works both complaint-focused and solution-focused, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy and EMDR.

After studying psychology at Leiden University Lydia started working at the Bascule where she specialized as a Healthcare Psychologist.
