(Translated by Google) I have been treated here for my burn out and the traumas I suffered in security. Common treatments

CBT, ACT, EMDR and mindfulness are common treatments. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of treatment that is commonly used for psychological symptoms such as trauma and anxiety.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on your thoughts, feelings and behavior in relation to your symptoms. Do your thought patterns match reality or do you imagine things in your head that are not entirely true or helpful? Together with the psychologist you will look at how you can change non-helpful thoughts or behaviors into realistic thoughts and positive behaviors.

See the complete overview of our treatments below. Together with a psychologist you take a look at which treatment suits your symptoms.

Referral and health insurance

With a referral letter from your general physician you are eligible for reimbursed care at iPractice. Our treatments are 100% reimbursed by all health insurers, except Achmea and ENO. These insurers reimburse a portion of our care. The psychologist will discuss the costs with you before you start your treatment.

Feel free to call us if you have any questions about this. We are happy to look into this together with you.
