Shanice works as a psychologist at iPractice. From an open and personal approach, she likes to work together on your goals. Shanice is transparent and calm and likes to use humor in her treatments when appropriate. In addition, she can also be friendly confrontational if she thinks this can help you further.

In the treatment, Shanice works with various methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

Shanice studied at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, specializing in clinical neuropsychology and clinical psychology. After graduation, she worked in the field of psychodiagnostics and the treatment of adults with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders and depression.

Shanice speaks Dutch and English.
